End of Support Notice & Maintenance Policy Changes

 

Support Policy Update

All Orders by NumberCruncher has reached the end of its support lifecycle as of Jan 1, 2026.

Due to its underlying technology and architecture, All Orders will no longer receive updates, enhancements, or compatibility fixes. As third-party services, security requirements, and operating environments continue to evolve, we are unable to guarantee continued functionality of the platform.


What This Means for You

As of this change:

  • No future updates or feature enhancements

  • No ongoing compatibility or security updates

  • No ability to support new integrations

Customers continuing to use All Orders may experience increasing limitations or disruptions over time as external systems evolve.


Recommended Next Step: Transition to Order Time Inventory

 

To avoid potential workflow disruptions, we strongly recommend planning a transition to Order Time Inventory, our modern, cloud-based inventory and order management platform.

Order Time Inventory is actively maintained and designed to support today’s business requirements, including evolving integrations, security standards, and operational flexibility.

Maintenance Policy Update

As of Jan 1, 2026, all maintenance collection will be billed using Order Time Pricing. The All Orders maintenance pricing is no longer valid or recognized. As our main move to a one product ecosystem we have consolidated all of the billing.
