Key Renewal Policy Changes

Sunsetting All Orders 

 

Previous Updates

All Orders by NumberCruncher reached the end of its support lifecycle as of January 1, 2026.

Due to its underlying technology and architecture, All Orders will no longer receive updates, enhancements, or compatibility fixes. As third-party services, security requirements, and operating environments continue to evolve, we are unable to guarantee continued functionality of the platform.

Also as of January 1, 2026, all maintenance collection is being billed using Order Time Pricing. The All Orders maintenance pricing is no longer valid or recognized. As our main move to a one product ecosystem we have consolidated all of the billing. 

Sunsetting All Orders

As of March 16, 2026, any All Orders key that is generated from here on out will only last until a maximum of December 31, 2026.

This means that if your renewal is coming up and you pay for annual pricing at the Order Time rate you will be receiving a key that ends on December 31, 2026 with the expectation that you will migrate to Order Time prior to that date. This is a true sunsetting for the All Orders platform.
