"We made the switch from All Orders (a desktop version from the same company) to Order Time back in August of 2018.
We had been using All Orders for 5 years and were very satisfied. The team assisted us through the switch and were very supportive all along, going above and beyond to make sure we would be up and running on Order Time seamlessly in short time.
As a small business that manufactures and sell jewelry both through e-commerce and to wholesale accounts, we utilize everything from work orders, purchase orders, inventory functions, sales orders to ship docs. We have a large amount of SKUs that Order Time is well suited for. Our Magento website is connected and we also sync with QuickBooks for accounting.
The syncs work well and if there are issues, the Order Time support team is always quick to respond, educate if necessary and assist."
