Intuit announced that TradeGecko is shutting down. Going forward, QuickBooks Commerce is only be available as part of QuickBooks Online and only for customers in the United States. Every TradeGecko customer has been impacted, and service of any kind outside the US has stopped.
Businesses that have been affected by this should head over to Order Time Inventory to take control over their operations. Intuit is quoted as saying:
In September 2020, Intuit launched QuickBooks Commerce as a result of its acquisition of TradeGecko, an inventory management solution that integrated with QuickBooks Online. In June 2021, we announced the sunset of TradeGecko as a standalone product, and have been working with the US-based customers over the last 13 months to transition them to QuickBooks Commerce or other services of their choosing. On July 13, 2022, the sunset of TradeGecko will be complete. We continue to invest in the development and growth of QuickBooks Commerce in the U.S. and its integration with the QuickBooks platform.
For US-based customers, QuickBooks Commerce continues to be available as part of a bundled offer with QuickBooks Online.
Customers who need to export their data can sign in to use the exporter tool until August 10. All data will be deleted after this date.
