Acabonac Farms uses order time to meet demand

     Acabonac Farms has been using Order Time Inventory since January of 2020. When they came to us they were looking for an inventory system that allows them to accurately track the expenses that go into their finished product. Their premier products are grass-fed beef and natural raw dog food. Being a cattle ranch, this is quite a bit more complex than your typical Cost of Goods equation!

   They utilize the disassembly function within Order Time to take the beginning item of an entire animal and create the specific cuts. These cuts can be recognized in the steaks found in local restaurants as well as the freezers of mail order customers across the country.

They explored other options before finding the right one, but those solutions were too simplistic when it came to determining the final cost. Order Time provides a granular approach to inventory valuation and ended up being the perfect fit.
