    Paramount Sales has been a long time customer of ours. They found our desktop inventory software called All Orders back in 2016. Before that they were using smaller platforms and relied on spreadsheets to monitor their inventory. They explored at least a dozen solutions before choosing us. They needed an inventory platform that would work in a manner consistent with their particular business model. They sell products produced by manufacturers of plumbing and mechanical industries.

   It was important that whatever platform they chose provided them with the potential for growth, without limits. They needed an inventory software that could manage their large part inventory. Order Time provides them with much better checks and balances for their accounting department.

  Once they decided on going with our software, it took about 6 months to implement a QuickBooks solution and fully transition over. Our support helped them convert in a timely manner.

  Order Time was the next step after using All Orders for many years. Both were chosen because they provide flexibility and customization. They also both include a B2B Portal and EDI capabilities for selling to multiple marketplaces. Their conversion to Order Time isn't even at its full potential yet! They are in the process of setting up EDI and moving over to QuickBooks in the cloud as well. This move will simplify their ordering process and with cloud software, it will always stay up-to-date.
