The Dock Doctors found out about us from a QuickBooks Consultant while searching for Inventory software. They have been an Order Time customer since November of 2021 and their onboarding was a long process due to a custom integration they requested. Similar to other companies on our roster they started their search due to the lack of an inventory system. The Dock Doctors designs, manufactures and installs residential, commercial and municipal waterfront products - including docks, commercial marinas, boatlifts, stairs, hillside trolleys,
boathouses, gangways, and other waterfront access products.
They needed an inventory software that could connect to their field service software, and Sales staff needed to know at a glance what is On Hand while talking to potential customers. We put them in touch with an integration consultant we've known for a long time who fulfilled their integration needs which included connecting other software to Order Time Inventory's REST API.
With over 30 years of experience, they have the knowledge of the structural integrity required in the Northeast. They have designed, manufactured and installed 1000's of dock systems on lakes, rivers, bays, and sounds within the Eastern United States, including Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, the Adirondacks, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Long Island Sound, the Hudson Corridor and beyond. The Dock Doctors searched for other software prior to finding Order Time, but it was either too expensive or lacked the features they needed to get orders done quickly.
