As the dust settles on the exhilarating two days of the 7th Crunch Retreat, we are thrilled to reflect on its monumental success. Held at the stylish Marriott / AC Hotel in Dania Pointe, Florida, on March 6th and 7th, 2024, this retreat marked a significant milestone in the history of our gatherings. With the scenic backdrop of Dania, nestled between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, the setting was as inspiring as the sessions themselves.
This year's Crunch Retreat was not just another event; it was a testament to the growing community around Order Time Inventory. Our attendees, ranging from novices to seasoned users, enjoyed unprecedented access to the Order Time Inventory staff. The opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and meet fellow users added a rich layer of interaction that went beyond the usual conference experience.
This year, we set a new record for attendance, making it our most attended retreat ever. The surge in registrations underscored the event's value and our community's eagerness to learn, connect, and grow together.
Recognizing the diverse expertise levels among our attendees, we adapted our approach to the Advanced Breakout sessions.
The overwhelming interest allowed us to integrate these sessions directly into the main schedule. Instead of the planned four advanced sessions, we expanded our offering to include six comprehensive workshops:
- Understanding Inventory
- Advanced Purchasing
- Advanced Production
- Advanced Sales
- Advanced Order Fulfillment
- Advanced Reporting
These sessions delved into the nitty-gritty of Order Time Inventory, offering insights into its most powerful features and enhancing our users' proficiency and efficiency.
Attendees were treated to 14 hours of informative sessions, representing a $2200 value. These sessions were meticulously designed to fast-track the onboarding process for teams and provide answers to pressing questions in real-time. The advanced training sessions further enriched the experience, equipping our experienced members with knowledge on advanced reporting, purchasing, production, and a deeper understanding of inventory management.
Complementing the learning were the great evening events. The evening outings to Paradise Tiki of Dania Beach and Shooters Waterfront added a memorable touch, blending relaxation with networking opportunities.
